Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) as required.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Set up and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and work platforms.
  • Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including grading and excavation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Inspect work areas and equipment for potential hazards and report them promptly.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of common construction tools and equipment.
