Your role and environment Based at

Carilion New River Valley Medical Center in Radford, VA

, you'll provide consultation-liaison psychiatry services across medical and surgical units, supported by: A 110-bed hospital with 32 inpatient psychiatry beds A robust outpatient psychiatry clinic and OBOT program

System-wide telemedicine reach across seven hospitals, including rural and critical access sites

Dedicated mental health care coordinators and a 24/7 call center A distinct 24/7 Emergency Psychiatry team that covers all Emergency Departments

Access to specialized services like Interventional Psychiatry, Brain Injury Medicine, and Geriatric Psychiatry

What you bring Fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry or

Combined training (IM-Psychiatry, FP-Psychiatry, or similar)

or

Significant (2+ years) experience in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry
