Our sister company, <a href="https://www.hiremaven.ai/">MavenAI</a>, delivers AI-powered marketing automation built by industry experts and integrated directly with property management systems, serving over 2M units.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to turn ApartmentIQ data into the content that defines how the multifamily industry thinks about pricing, supply, and competition. You’ll act as a multifamily analyst using Explore Pro, our market research platform, for insights, then translate them into newsletters, social, email, blog content, reports, and beyond.</p> <p>You build content systems that produce, optimize, and distribute at scale. You’ll be the connective tissue between our data and the market. </p> <p>This is a high-ownership IC role reporting to the VP of Marketing.
