Content Marketing Specialist

Unitas Consulting is seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Marketing Specialist for a growing manufacturing client with locations throughout Louisiana. This role will help elevate the client's brand presence through compelling marketing and communication strategies across multiple platforms to support proprietary and private label portfolios. This hands-on role partners closely with the Category Specialists to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion, requiring strong product management capabilities. creative execution skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects that deliver measurable, customer-centric results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's product portfolio and growth objectives.
  • Execute marketing concepts across websites, social media, trade shows, customer memberships, and industry events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support customer engagement initiatives, programs, and trade shows.
  • Design and produce marketing materials - prints, digital collateral, event graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and social assets.
  • Collaborate with customers to support private label marketing programs with data-driven recommendations and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles
  • Project management experience with an ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience analyzing marketing data to identify effective approaches and tools
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of marketing and/or graphic design experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
