In this role, you’ll support <strong>technical hiring across Product, Design, and Engineering</strong>, while also assisting with <strong>non-technical roles</strong> across Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and G&A.</p> <p>You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across North America and EMEA, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and supporting inclusive hiring practices. If you’re energized by open-source technology, creative recruiting strategies, and partnering closely with both technical and business leaders, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.</p> <p>📍 <strong>This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States</strong></p> <p><strong>What You Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with <strong>engineering, product, and design leaders</strong> to define hiring needs and build strong pipelines for technical roles.</li> <li>Support <strong>non-technical hiring</strong> across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A.</li> <li>Own <strong>full-cycle recruiting</strong> from sourcing through offer for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.</li> <li>Use a variety of sourcing approaches, including outbound sourcing, referrals, campaigns, and networking, to engage diverse, high-impact talent.</li> <li>Champion a thoughtful, human-first <strong>candidate experience</strong> with clear communication and timely feedback.</li> <li>Provide <strong>market insights and competitive intelligence</strong> to hiring teams to help inform hiring decisions.</li> <li>Help refine recruiting processes, including interview calibration, scorecards, and tools (we use <strong>Greenhouse</strong>).</li> <li>Support <strong>equity and inclusion initiatives</strong> within recruiting strategy and pipeline development.</li> <li>Represent Pantheon’s culture, values, and mission with authenticity in every interaction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, with a strong background in <strong>technical recruiting</strong>.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to hire across <strong>engineering, product, and design</strong>, with some exposure to non-technical roles.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as <strong>PHP, JavaScript (React, Node, Next.js), Go</strong>, or similar.</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive outreach.</li> <li>Experience partnering with senior stakeholders as a trusted recruiting advisor.</li> <li>Comfort using <strong>ATS and sourcing tools</strong> (ideally Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter).</li> <li>Passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and building diverse teams.</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in a <strong>distributed, async-first environment</strong>.</li> </ul> <p>Hourly rate: </p> <p>US-based candidates: $82 - $89 USD/hour</p> <p>Pantheon is an equal-opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other classification protected by law.
