As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our construction team, providing comprehensive project support.<br><br><strong><u>Our Commitment</u></strong><br>Our commitment to excellence in safety, quality, customer service, and professionalism has earned us a top-notch reputation in the industry.  Built on client relationships, our project teams are committed to providing services with integrity that will uphold our prestige within the industry.<br>We realize that our greatest asset is our people.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages that include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid holidays, paid vacation, and 401K.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure teams are compliant with organization policies and standards.</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess project compliance with established processes, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions. </li> <li>Provide guidance and training to project teams on project control requirements and best practices.</li> <li>Work closely with the quality team to create, update, and maintain professional and compliant quality documentation.</li> <li>Ensure all quality-related documents are accurately recorded, filed, and accessible for audits and project reviews.</li> <li>Assist in tracking and monitoring quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions as required.</li> <li>Manage the filing system for construction projects, ensuring all documents and reports are organized and easily accessible.</li> <li>Generate and distribute various project reports, including status updates, financial reports, and safety reports.</li> <li>Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for project meetings, reviews, and presentations.</li> <li>Learn the Assistant Project Manager role thoroughly to act as a backup for APMs during their absence or when additional support is needed.</li> <li>Provide training and support to new APMs during onboarding, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and project management processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with APMs to streamline workflows, share best practices, and improve project management efficiency.</li> <li>Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.</li> <li>Coordinate with various departments such as accounting, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders to resolve issues, address concerns, and maintain project alignment.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li> <li>Previous experience in project management or construction administration is preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, processes, and project controls.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.</li> <li>Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards.</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications are desirable.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong><u>Join</u></strong><u> <strong>Us</strong></u><br>Mullins Mechanical ranked #1,475 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list and we’re proud to be one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America.
