ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents.
- Analyze and key information from documents into the operating system.
- Manage workflow tasks.
- Document tracking.
- Create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents.
- File turnover preparation.
- Entering billing / notes as needed.
- Perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Time management skills and ability to work with high volumes of tasks on tight deadlines.
- Ability to compare and analyze data on electronic documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
- Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.
- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
