Title: Associate CRM Analyst – Remote (4-Month Contract)

Location: McKeesport, PA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr on W2

Job Type: Contract – 4 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate CRM Analyst to provide operational and analytical support for CRM platforms used by Sales and Customer Service teams. This remote, individual contributor role supports day-to-day system administration, user support, and data integrity efforts , ensuring a high-quality experience for all CRM users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 support for CRM-related issues and requests

Monitor and manage the support case queue to ensure timely triage, resolution, and documentation

Collaborate with CRM team members to triage escalations and resolve issues

Perform system administration tasks to support users, workflows, and data accuracy

Support data integrity efforts, including data entry, validation, and cleanup

Ensure quality and consistency in business and system administration processes

Document issues, resolutions, and process updates to support ongoing improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar)

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
