Use proprietary tools to perform research and clearance of said discrepancies and communicate with the applicable parties involved in the transaction. Responsible for all actions and communications regarding loans in pipeline. Interact daily with Management regarding pipeline and regularly communicate with client(s). Viewed as a subject matter expert and is involved in researching best practices within the industry.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li>Curative Pipeline associate Key Functions as needed:<ul><li>Monitor communications to ensure timely responses</li><li>Daily coordination and communication with Lenders</li><li>Obtain advice from clients to effectively clear title</li><li>Reconcile loans in pipeline weekly to confirm all have been reviewed and worked accurately</li><li>Telephone customer service support</li></ul></li><li>Customer Service Key Functions as needed:<ul><li>Provide general assistance with internal communications with other teams to ensure timely delivery of searches</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to effectively handle client communications via phone and email.
