You’re part of a community, invested in you as an individual and united by our mission to create opportunities for people where they live, learn and work.</span></p>The Curriculum & Parent Engagement Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curriculum resources and parent engagement programming across federally and state-funded services, including Title I, II, III, IV, VI, IDEA, and other school-funded programs. This role supports the selection and management of instructional programs and materials, develops training resources for associates and Implementation Specialists, and ensures that parent engagement offerings are relevant, high-quality, and aligned to program requirements. The Specialist collaborates closely with Territory teams and cross-functional partners to support program implementation, enhance service delivery, and contribute to measurable outcomes for students and families.<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Research, evaluate, and manage instructional programs and materials, including vendor relationships and maintaining accurate pricing, implementation, and marketing information.</li><li>Develop and deliver training resources and provide ongoing support to ensure effective program implementation.</li><li>Design, refresh, and deliver parent engagement content, and train/support facilitators to ensure high-quality implementation.</li><li>Guide Territory teams on parent engagement strategies and collect, analyze, and report evaluation data to support compliance, continuous improvement, and EOY reporting.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Business Operations, and Territory teams to support program implementation, service delivery, and operational alignment.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for RFPs, presentations, and marketing, while supporting hiring processes and providing virtual/onsite program and PD/coaching support as needed.</li><li>Lead associate orientation and support ongoing development through cohort meetings and targeted professional learning.</li><li>Provide coaching support to reading teachers, particularly in schools without an IS, and serve in an Implementation Specialist capacity as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>**Pay Range for this role is - $52,000 - $62,000</p><p><b>EDUCATION:</b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</p><p></p><p><b>EXPERIENCE:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in curriculum development, instructional programming, or educational services.</li><li>Experience developing and delivering training or professional learning.</li><li>Experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Experience working with educators, schools, or federally funded programs (e.g., Title I, II, III, IV, IDEA) preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>COMPETENCIES – <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:</span></b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of instructional practices, curriculum resources, and student support programs.</li><li>Ability to evaluate and select high-quality instructional and enrichment programs.</li><li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners.</li><li>Ability to develop clear, engaging training materials (written, visual, and video-based).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to analyze feedback and data to inform program improvements.</li><li>Customer-service mindset with a focus on supporting schools and educators.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team alignment.</li><li>Working knowledge of federal program requirements and compliance considerations preferred.</li></ul><p style="text-align:left"><span>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
