Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management implementation as part of multi-pillar cloud deployment Lead Oracle Cloud data migration from Oracle legacy systems Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives.
