Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and be the welcoming face of our facility. As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.


Responsibilities

 

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Sign-Ups and Tours: Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
  • Phone Support: Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
  • Kid's Center Coverage: Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.

Qualifications

 

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Proficiency in using computers and office software
  • Attitude:
