  • Responsive Communication: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify root causes of customer concerns, provide clear solutions, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off (rest and recharge)

Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one year experience working from a home‑based environment.
