<div class="container-3Gm1a"><p><span style="">Eaton’s FFD Fluid Filtration Division is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist. This is a remote based position. All candidates must currently reside within the United States and must work out of a United States remote location.</span></p><p><span style=""><br>The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for entering orders and coordinating order transport accurately, timely and efficiently. This role is also expected to establish and maintain a working relationship with customers, assisting them and market channels in pricing, equipment identification, and expediting.</span></p><p><span style="">The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $86000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.</span></p><p><span style="">Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. </span></p><div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">What you’ll do:</h2> </div><div><p>•    Provide fast, accurate and courteous customer service on pricing, parts identification, order details, service availability, freight information, parts availability and general information through the call center for customers and market channels to create and maintain a competitive advantage through superior service.<br>•    Enter customer orders, RMAs, credit memos and billing only orders accurately and promptly to meet customer requirements and to enhance on-time shipping performance and asset management<br>•    Manage all shipping details for customer orders in coordination with the Operations and Sales groups, all remote warehouse facilities and customer requirements to ensure timely and cost effective transport of product.<br>•    Prepare and execute spare parts and/or service proposals and recommendations in response to customer inquiries and as follow-up service on orders to help grow sales of parts and service<br>•    Seek and assist continuous improvement in processes and procedures used in order to maintain up-to-date information, to speed response/service and to enhance sales to customers and through our market channels.<br>•    Keep job skills and product knowledge current through participation in in-house training and outside educational opportunities to provide maximum value to the customer service representative position, to our customers and to Eaton.<br>•    Complete other duties as assigned by Manager. </p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Qualifications:</h2> </div><div><p><strong>Required (Basic) Qualifications:</strong><br>•    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution <strong>OR</strong> High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of two (2) years experience in Customer Service.<br>•    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future. </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br>•    Experience utilizing SalesForce and/or SAP.</p></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="overflow-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="margin: 0px;">Skills:</h2> </div><div><p>•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, government and international shipping and trade regulations, letters of credit and other correspondence. <br>•    Ability to speak effectively on the phone and before groups of customers and employees of the organization.</p></div></div></div><p><span style="">All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process. All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws. </span></p><p><span style=""><strong>The application window for this position is anticipated to close on May 19, 2026.</strong></span></p><p><span style="">We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
