Data Analytics Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Analytics Lead Analyst for its Schaumburg, Illinois location.

Duties: Architect and engineer highly flexible, scalable, and resilient data solutions within Personal Banking and Wealth Management division by harnessing advanced Extract Transform Load (ETL), Business Intelligence (BI), and other cutting-edge tools and technologies to meet critical project demands. Orchestrate comprehensive impact analyses across multifaceted, cross-functional teams to ensure robust, strategic project planning and execution. Lead the strategic elicitation and synthesis of project requirements by engaging directly with key end-users and executive-level stakeholders. Engage with diverse business leaders and stakeholders to influence, guide, and architect long-term functional and technical strategies. Engineer and deploy sophisticated automated solutions to facilitate the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of data-centric solutions, ensuring seamless adaptation to dynamic project requirements. Provide advisory counsel to business leadership related to the technology operations and strategic direction of the business. Resolve complex and ambiguous technical challenges where solutions are not readily apparent, producing detailed, decisive analyses to forge a clear path forward. Command the end-to-end lifecycle of high-stakes data science projects, assuming ultimate responsibility for the volume, quality, and timeliness of deliverables. Execute tactical, short-term resource planning to optimize team performance and ensure project success. Define, contribute to, and evangelize the data analytics standards and best practices that will govern our operations and drive innovation. Operate at the intersection of business strategy and advanced technology to drive business objectives forward and set internal standards. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Lead Architect - Technology, Technology Specialist, Sr. Associate - Projects, IT Analyst or related position collecting and analyzing Business Intelligence (BI) end-user requirements and designing and developing data models and analytical cubes. 6 years of experience must include: Data Modeling, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Integration, Reporting, Customer Engagement, Project Management, Budget Management; Tableau, Cognos; Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS); Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Hive, Impala, Snowflake, AWS; Unix, Linux, Shell Scripting; Autosys, Maestro; Estimating time, effort and resources required to meet the project timelines; Mentoring a team; and Following data warehousing standards in order to build reporting solutions.
