Data Analytics Team Lead

<p><strong>About the role: </strong></p><p>We are looking for a responsible and experienced<strong> Data Analytics Team Lead</strong> to join our efforts in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your daily tasks will include:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domain</span></p></li><li><p><span>Guide the data analysis work across wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive high impact analytical initiatives across the organisation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build relationships and manage wide array of stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in the Supply area</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead efforts to enhance data driveness in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to Printify</span></p></li><li><p><span>Equip the team with latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to Printify business</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Your qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong written & verbal English communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups</span></p></li><li><p><span>5+ years of professional experience in data analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>1+ years of experience leading team of data analysts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus, but not expected. A strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows is essential.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is a plus)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing.
