<ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technology professional to manage and optimize enterprise application ecosystems, including Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite ERP, and data replication platforms</li><li><p>This role requires deep expertise in database administration, SaaS application management, and real-time data integration to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity across systems</p><p><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Oracle Apps DBA</p></li><li>Administer, maintain, and support Oracle E-Business Suite environments (R12.x)</li><li>Perform database installations, upgrades, patching, cloning, and migrations</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database operations</li><li>Manage backup and recovery strategies (RMAN, Data Guard)</li><li>Ensure database security, compliance, and high availability</li><li>Work with infrastructure teams on capacity planning and disaster recovery</li><li>NetSuite Administrator<br>Configure, maintain, and support NetSuite ERP platform</li><li>Manage roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards</li><li>Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder</li><li>Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems</li><li>Support end users, troubleshoot issues, and provide training/documentation</li><li>Manage releases, testing, and deployment of new features, Replication, Design, implement, and maintain data replication solutions (e.g., Oracle GoldenGate, AWS DMS, or similar tools)</li><li>Ensure real-time or near-real-time data synchronization across systems</li><li>Monitor replication performance and resolve latency or data consistency issues</li><li>Maintain data integrity and reliability across heterogeneous environments</li><li><p>Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams</p><p><br>Required Qualifications</p></li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA</li><li>3+ years of NetSuite administration experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with data replication tools (Oracle GoldenGate, etc.)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher)</li><li>Experience with Linux/Unix environments</li><li><p>Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning</p><p><br>Preferred Qualifications</p></li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI)</li><li>NetSuite certifications (Administrator or ERP Consultant)</li><li>Oracle certifications (OCP/OCA)</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of data warehousing concepts</li></ul> <br><div> The Enterprise Applications Cloud ERP practice specializes on Oracle technology and supports our client’s full-life cycle needs for both on-prem and cloud products.  The practice itself is 100+ FTEs strong located in the US, Colombia, and India and is the fastest growing practice in Datavail.  </div> <div> The right person will exemplify Datavail’s core values (Desire to service, Low Ego, Hard Work).
