We are seeking a Demand Response & Load Management Specialist (Non-residential) to support the design, startup, scaling, and delivery of commercial, industrial, and agricultural (C&I/Agricultural) demand response and flexible load management programs across the United States. This role combines program operations execution with solutioning and offering development. The successful candidate will work directly with nonresidential customers and utility clients to identify, enable, and operate flexible load across diverse facility types while also helping build, standardize, and scale nonresidential demand response capabilities nationwide. You will bring a blend of engineering fundamentals, facility energy management experience, and strong customer facing skills. This is a hands-on, client facing consulting role with increasing responsibility for program startup, operational excellence, and contribution to national scale offerings.
