This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a dental clinic who is comfortable handling patient communication and administrative tasks.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar coordination</li><li>Use <strong>Dentrix</strong> for patient records, scheduling, treatment plans, and administrative tasks</li><li>Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, follow-ups, and office inquiries</li><li>Explain dental procedures, treatment recommendations, and terminology clearly to patients</li><li>Support treatment coordination and assist with case acceptance communication</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient daily workflow</li></ul> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>3–5 years of experience working in a <strong>dental clinic</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Dentrix</strong> (required)</li><li>Strong <strong>communication skills in English C1/C2 (spoken and written)</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>appointment scheduling and patient coordination</strong></li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized</li><li>U.S Based Experience (required)</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p>3 days per week, 7 hrs per day (30-minute break included)​</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>$600 USD Monthly</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>10 days off per year</li><li>3 sick days per year</li><li>6 U.S Holiday </li></ul>
