We are seeking a Office Manager who is ready to provide exceptional patient care, implement creative financial solutions, and support a thriving, collaborative dental team.

Location: Dallas, TX 75228
Office Opening: July–August
Training Location: Haltom City, TX (travel required for training)

Your Role

As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our practice, ensuring smooth operations and helping patients achieve better health through innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staff management and team support
  • Answering phones and managing the phone system
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Verifying insurance coverage and processing claims
  • Providing information about treatments, procedures, and payment options
  • Assisting with patient billing and financial arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
