display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">The Business Analyst for</span> the Distributed Energy Resource team <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">within Ameresco’s</span> Asset Sustainability Group is a dynamic and pivotal role, responsible for supporting the administrative, commercial, and coordination aspects of the platform’s business development, implementation, and ongoing operations. You will be the primary administrative contact for DER Analytics, ensuring that all contractual, logistical, and billing details are coordinated and communicated effectively with stakeholders, while technical delivery and platform configuration are owned by engineering and integration teams. </p><p></p><p><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Responsibilities </span></b></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">internal business</span> <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">development team</span> <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">to track new</span> business opportunities for the DER Analytics Platform. </li><li>Work with technical teams to coordinate, finalize, and distribute timely and accurate <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">quotes with supporting</span> documentation to <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">customers.  </span></li><li>Generate and maintain documentation required to support internal and external billing processes, including coordination with Finance and Operations teams. </li><li>Monitor the status of ongoing platform subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades </li><li>Maintain project trackers and shared documentation repositories, keeping all stakeholders informed of key milestones and deliverables. </li><li>Conduct regular meetings with DER team and other key stakeholders to review status of projects in development, construction and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">operation.  </span></li><li>Procure hardware, instrumentation and software, including <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">generating purchase requisitions,</span> place orders, and track <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">shipments.  </span></li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support consistent delivery of operational services. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Qualifications :</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in administrative management, preferably supporting technical or energy-related projects. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with enterprise and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; hyphens: auto;">simultaneously. </span></li><li>Able to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. </li></ul><p></p><p>The anticipated base salary range for this role is $58,000 –$92,500 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.</p><p></p><p>Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
