Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist role centers on <b>data analysis, performance monitoring, and insight‑driven optimization</b> across ACE’s Insurance marketing programs. The strategist will extract, consolidate, and interpret data from platforms such as <b>Meta, Google Ads/DV360, SA360, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio</b>, translating raw performance metrics into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities / Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li><p>Collect and analyze metrics from advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, SA360, Tableau, etc. Present findings and insights, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.</p></li><li><p>Build reports with data visualizations in Excel to measure and monitor marketing KPIs, including spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, leads, and conversions.</p></li><li><p>Investigate data anomalies, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Big Data, E‑Business, Product, Marketing) and external agencies to resolve issues.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with the media planning team to establish optimal budgets and channel mixes that yield the best results.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Marketing Strategists to develop, execute, optimize, and measure cross‑channel paid media strategies to achieve marketing objectives such as awareness and lead generation.</p></li><li><p>Understand the fundamentals of paid landing pages and work with ad operations to ensure proper tracking and measurement across all marketing channels. This includes implementing floodlights, vendor pixels, campaign click trackers, 1x1s, and offline phone numbers.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p><span>BS or BA degree required; strong consideration for candidates with degrees in Marketing or Finance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3–5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably with hands</span><span>‑</span><span>on experience extracting data directly from Meta and Google Ads and consolidating results via Looker Studio and Excel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Direct experience with any combination of the following is preferred: Paid Search, Lead Aggregators, CTV, Display, Streaming Audio, YouTube, and Social.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong consideration given to candidates with experience in ad servers, bid management systems, DSPs, audience on-boarders, and analytics solutions (Adobe, GA4, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with landing page optimization and content management systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, including online and offline tracking and measurement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing and executing marketing budgets across various paid media channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to present to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capable of performing competitive analyses and developing strategic plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to lead and manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience working in insurance or supporting insurance advertisers is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient with MS Office, Google Docs, and SharePoint.
