Salary:

Kia Central & South America Corp., a division of Kia Corporation, is seeking a Digital & Marketing Data Analyst to reinforce the regional Brand & Marketing department and help to take the brand to new heights in the region. As a Digital & Marketing Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the automotive industry and contribute to Kia's mission. You will play a vital role in supporting Kia Distributors, dealers, and brand positioning in 43 countries across the Central, South America and Caribbean region.

Position Summary:

The Digital & Marketing Data Analyst acts as a regional marketing analytics and insights role, supporting datadriven decision making across the Central, South America, and Caribbean region.

The role consolidates data and market signals from multiple sources, leads digital analytics and measurement, ensures the effective management of core digital platforms, and supports optimization efforts across channels and distributors. It is a handson position focused on marketing measurement, insight generation, performance diagnostics, digital operations, and datadriven recommendations.



Essential functions:

  • Support digital capability-building initiatives across CSA markets, including KPIs, measurement standards, and best practices.
  • Act as the regional control hub for social listening and digital insights by collecting, synthesizing, and reporting data using Sprinklr and other intelligence tools.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track web performance, monitor KPIs, and identify user behavior patterns, funnel friction points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking across paid media, social media, and web performance.
  • Conduct ongoing performance diagnostics across channels and markets to identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, providing clear, datadriven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with markets and agencies to ensure high-quality digital execution, including tracking, tagging, and standardized reporting.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve digital effectiveness, content performance, user experience, and overall marketing impact.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of the regional digital ecosystem (web, analytics, tag management, paid media measurement, social listening tools).
  • Ensure Brand Safety by proactively monitoring and analyzing the digital voice of the customer across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, SA360) across CSA markets, including keyword strategy, bid management, budget allocation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and conversion outcomes.



Principal Relationships (Internally and Externally):

Internally, the Digital & Marketing Data Analyst will be part of the Brand & Marketing department and report directly to the Head of Marketing. The Digital & Marketing Data Analyst will also work closely with the Sales team, Product team, Customer Experience team and other cross-functional teams such as Planning, Channel management and Service departments. Communication with Kia HQ Global Brand Strategy Group and CX Planning Group, and the Marketing Communications Group will occur, and other regional HQs around the world on brand and marketing topics will also be crucial.

Externally, the Digital & Marketing Data Analyst will work closely with Kia distributors in the Central and South America region, and other external partners as needed.



Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications (must-have):

  • Passion for the automotive industry and sustainable mobility
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in digital marketing, performance optimization, or analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and comfort interpreting data.
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar social listening/OMNI-channel management platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Skills and Qualifications (nice-to-have):

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Exposure to automotive, consumer brands, or digital-heavy organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Central and South America automotive market.
  • Knowledge of emerging brands and marketing trends.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, digital marketing, or related fields.
