We're hiring an Online PR Manager to lead Afina's digital PR and online partnership efforts. You'll be responsible for securing media placements, building relationships with publishers and journalists, managing outreach campaigns, and increasing Afina's online visibility across relevant publications and platforms. You'll work closely with the growth and creative teams to help position Afina as a category-leading wellness brand.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Reactive PR, Expert Commentary and Data Campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, publishers and affiliates
  • Manage product seeding and influencer gifting campaigns
  • Identify partnership opportunities with publishers, blogs, newsletters, and affiliate platforms
  • Help grow high-authority backlinks, mentions, and earned media coverage

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in digital PR, online PR, influencer partnerships, or media outreach
  • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Strong network of media, publisher, or creator relationships is a plus
  • Strong communication and outreach skills
  • Highly proactive and resourceful
  • Understand how to write

Bonus Points

  • Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer products
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and publisher partnerships
  • Existing relationships with major online publications or editors
  • Understanding of SEO and backlink strategy
