We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious individual who is well-versed in all things digital to fill the role of Digital Product Analyst for the Medicare Supplement View Plans and Pricing (MS VPP) team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the product strategy and vision outlined by the product management team.

This includes market research, analyzing, defining, and documenting digital products and translating work into succinct requirements for the technical team. In this position you will be a liaison between your business partners and technical partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Medicare Supplement View Plans and Pricing (MS VPP) digital product team to develop and execute a product roadmap for enhancing user experiences
  • Refine and/or expand details of capabilities and/or features including identifying how the experience will work, dependencies to make it work, risks and acceptance criteria; provide supportive information and requirements documentation of your findings
  • Function as a liaison between front-end and back-end capabilities to ensure seamless consumer experience; Create and maintain product documentation, including flows, user journeys, and data integrations
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to understand current experiences, identify gaps, and gather data requirements for new consumer experiences
  • Conduct product and market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Participate in post-release testing and health checks as required
  • Work with Tele-sales Ops leaders and partners with Digital Product Managers to identify opportunities, define gaps in desired optimized experiences and/or identify data needs required to optimize existing agent experiences and deliver new digital experiences
  • Serve as an advocate for our shoppers and agents to build and improve their digital experiences while integrating with other areas of our business to deliver on our omnichannel goals
  • Provide project management support to keep digital product teams on track and better communicate with our key stakeholders
  • Partner with product managers and key business partners to identify potential areas for improvement and personalization
  • Gather qualitative VOC insights and quantitative website analytics data to identify user's biggest problems & pain-points that need resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in ecommerce and/or digital product role
  • 2+ years of experience in agile teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health care experience or experience in other interactive and digital industries such as retail and financial services or digital agencies
  • Experience with Agile software development processes. Formal experience with one or more recognized Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.) or toolsets (VersionOne, Rally, etc.)
  • Experience working successfully in a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience coordinating priorities and contributions of a network of stakeholders from across a large, diverse organization
  • Experience delivering Web experiences that meet user needs based on usability research, UX design and information architecture principles, and product management methodologies
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships to establish trust and credibility across a matrixed, cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
  • Solid communication skills, including written, spoken and presentation styles
