GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company.</p> <p>We're looking for a Director, Digital Solutions to help grow and scale Method's Healthcare practice. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who understands how healthcare organizations buy, build, and operate. They can translate that understanding into lasting client relationships and meaningful digital work.</p> <p>You'll own a portfolio of healthcare accounts, drive new business, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure we're consistently creating value for clients. You'll also contribute to how we go to market in healthcare, building on our existing offerings and shaping practice strategy in partnership with leadership.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><em>Client Growth & Relationship Management</em></p> <ul> <li>Own relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare clients, serving as a trusted advisor</li> <li>Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts</li> <li>Partner with sales and leadership to pursue new logos and respond to RFPs</li> <li>Maintain a 50% billable target across active engagements</li> </ul> <p><em>Strategy & Solutioning</em></p> <ul> <li>Translate client business challenges into digital product strategies and solutions</li> <li>Provide SME input on proposals, pitches, and pursuit efforts</li> <li>Stay current on healthcare industry trends and apply them to client work</li> </ul> <p><em>Delivery Oversight</em></p> <ul> <li>Serve as engagement lead on active healthcare accounts</li> <li>Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes</li> <li>Monitor engagement health and escalate or adjust as needed</li> </ul> <p><em>Practice Development</em></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the development of Method's healthcare go-to-market approach</li> <li>Help refine and expand offerings tailored to healthcare buyers</li> <li>Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> 7+ years in digital consulting, product, or agency roles</li> <li>Meaningful experience in healthcare, including health systems, MedTech, pharma, or adjacent industry segments</li> <li>Proven ability to build and grow senior client relationships</li> <li>Strong communication, solutioning, and presentation skills</li> <li>Comfortable operating as both a strategic advisor and hands-on delivery lead</li> <li>Familiarity with how healthcare organizations evaluate and procure digital services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Method?</strong></p> <p>We look for individuals who are smart, kind and brave.
