How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the operational leader partnering with Marketing to deliver impactful initiatives for Spectrum.com
  • Translate brand, content and campaign priorities into engaging digital experiences that drive customer action
  • Guide planning and prioritization across cross-functional teams to align efforts with business objectives
  • Lead personalization and localization strategies to advance customers through the purchase funnel
  • Establish clear operating models and delivery rhythms for marketing-driven projects
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, UX, Technology and Analytics to optimize experiences for conversion
  • Apply AI-driven approaches and experimentation frameworks to enhance relevance, engagement and results
Working Conditions
  • Office environment with occasional travel as needed
  • Eligible for Hybrid Work Policy: work from home up to one day per week

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 7+ years of digital marketing, personalization or marketing operations experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience supporting sales or revenue-driven outcomes
Skills
  • Strong experience leading digital marketing, personalization, or growth initiatives in digital or eCommerce environments
  • Proven ability to operationalize marketing strategy across complex, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models and matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with experimentation, testing, and optimization frameworks for digital experiences
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to guide execution and measure impact
  • Practical experience applying AI or automation to improve marketing relevance or efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
