You will act as the crucial link between Spin Master's internal Games Design team and our global network of professional game inventors, responsible for discovering, nurturing, and championing the next wave of hit products that will define the future of the Games industry.</span></p><p><br><b>How will you create impact? </b></p><ul><li><span>Communicate Spin Master's strategic needs and wish lists to the global inventor community to guide submissions.</span></li><li><span>Research and identify emerging trends in gaming, technology, and culture to inform the innovation pipeline.</span></li><li><span>Serve as the primary design liaison, building and maintaining strategic relationships with a global community of professional toy and game inventors.</span></li><li><span>Lead the collaboration between external inventors and internal teams, including designers, engineers, and marketers.</span></li><li><span>Oversee the inventor submissions pipeline, from initial scouting and concept evaluation to contract negotiation.</span></li><li><span><span>•</span></span><span>Manage the Inventor Associate and the inventor relations program to ensure effective operation.</span></li></ul><p><br><b>What are your skills and experience? </b></p><ul><li><span>Must have prior games development experience.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrable ability to identify great games for development.</span></li><li><span>A background as a toy inventor is considered an asset.</span></li></ul><p><br>#LI-Remote #LI-HM!<br><br><i>The anticipated pay range for candidates who will be remote is $165,000 to $180,000 Per Annum.
