The function will support local leaders with resources to help lead through union activity with dignity and respect for our partners, while partnering with local leaders and support teams to focus on proactively uplifting the partner experience across North America through activating the most important strategic partner & store initiatives, leveraging analytics & data to generate insights, and acting as an advocate for all partners. <br><br><b>As a Director, Human (Partner) Resources, Labor Relations, you will: </b><br><ul><li>Lead through our Starbucks Mission & Values and have a track record of achieving excellence through delivering on priorities, problem-solving, building capability and leadership, and developing high-performing teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with senior leadership and executives to identify needs, define strategy, develop action plans, identify deliverables, present results, measure outcomes, and provide recommendations. </li></ul><ul><li>Possess knowledge of collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, contract negotiation, and labor and management relationships.
