In this essential role, you will be part of the Human Resources leadership team, reporting to the Vice President. Your primary focus will be to advance collaborative labour relations while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees. Engage in constructive dialogues with union leaders and implement strategic priorities while navigating workplace complexities with integrity and transparency in decision-making.
