Join our team to make a difference in healthcare while advancing your career with Renovo.</div> <div> </div> <div><b><u>Summary:</u></b></div> <div>The Director of Service (DOS) Imaging Services, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations, is responsible for implementation and education of the Advanced Imaging service program to client facilities and enterprise-wide responsibilities.  Working collaboratively with the Region Vice Presidents, District Service Managers and Account Managers to ensure that all Advanced Imaging equipment and systems are inventoried, properly budgeted and appropriate support plans are in place. Because of the close daily relationship and interaction with the customer facility’s staff, the DOS must have excellent organizational and customer service skills.  </div> <div> </div> <div><b><u>What you will do: </u></b></div> <ul> <li>The DOS is responsible for support and oversight of the clinical equipment/systems under his/her care. This includes the tracking of hardware (configuration items), software and network documentation</li> <li>Provides user support, systems technical service and support, and participates in system projects as requested </li> <li>Serve as consultant / advisor to hospital staff regarding system evaluation and selection </li> <li>Drive strategic initiatives while leveraging data and analysis to support business decision making. This approach will deliver a standardized and scalable process for Renovo’s Imaging service</li> <li>Provide assistance with training on software related implementations<br> Coordinate installation and maintenance of medical devices, PC hardware, networking and software with hospital Information Technology Department</li> <li>Utilize project management tools to manage and accomplish system implementations, updates and upgrades within established time frames and budget constraints</li> <li>Work with all managers to improve use of Advanced Imaging equipment & systems </li> <li>Support inventory control needs. Must accurately track and report all additions, deletions, and changes including accuracy of department inventories and PM schedules</li> <li>Must work closely with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers and Renovo Account Managers to keep them informed of account status. This must include PM status, repair status, level and type of special interests and customer concerns and problems </li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned within business scope and expertise as defined by the Vice President of Regional Operations</li> <li>Communicates and works closely with RENOVO leadership team regarding account status. This includes scheduled maintenance status, repair status, level and type of special interests and customer concerns and problems</li> <li>Participates in start-up of new accounts by establishing/conducting:  <ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> <li>accurate inventory </li> <li>pre-existing inspections with review of repair status </li> <li>appropriate staffing </li> <li>vendor subcontracts </li> <li>test and shop equipment required </li> <li>service transition plans </li> <li>customer service request protocols </li> </ul> </li> <li>Generates cost avoidance reports and monitors contract pricing efficiency for each account</li> <li>Generates monthly financial & operational performance reports. Reviews with staff as required</li> <li>Participates in regular internal program meetings</li> <li>Works with RENOVO management team in the development of the technical database supporting operations </li> <li>Serves as a professional liaison between RENOVO and the customer for problem solving and maintaining positive relationships</li> </ul> <div style="margin-left:21.0pt;"> </div> <div><b><u>Personnel Management</u></b>:</div> <ul> <li>Participates in human resources processes. (Recruiting, Retention, Termination)</li> <li>Conducts company orientation with newly hired technical staff</li> <li>Works with local schools and technical programs to develop a potential resource pool</li> <li>Develops technician competencies through services and personal training</li> <li>Evaluates technician performance including probationary and annual reviews </li> <li>Collaborates with on-site senior technicians regarding technical needs and workflow issues</li> <li>Reviews and approves technician timesheets</li> <li>Coordinates and maintains staffing at each account </li> <li>Promotes teamwork within technician teams</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <div style="margin-left:.5in;"> </div> <div><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></div> <ul> <li>Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment and underlying principles, along with a solid understanding of general patient care devices, including the ability to effectively operate and explain the use of supported systems</li> <li>In-depth understanding of clinical terminology, anatomy, and physiology</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential</li> <li>B.S.
