<p>Veriff is looking for a <strong><em>Director of Sales; Americas </em></strong>to drive revenue, oversee US and LATAM  expansion, and manage our US and Latam  Sales Team (Enterprise Account Executives). This Leader will drive key decisions within the company's executive leadership team to develop both short and long term strategy.</p> <p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure that Revenue’s high growth targets are met from new customer acquisition</li> <li>Drive key decisions with the company’s executive leadership team to develop both short and long term strategy</li> <li>Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and helping the team navigate long sales cycles to win new customers</li> <li>Lead and mentor the current sales  team, inspiring a cohesive and performance-driven culture and team spirit</li> <li>Bring discipline and structure to the sales process to deliver the best possible customer experience throughout the sales cycle, while ensuring accurate and reliable forecasting.</li> <li>Work in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the goal of offering market-leading products and service solutions</li> <li>Partner with the finance department to implement better metrics to improve revenue forecasting and better utilize resources</li> <li>Develop best practices that enable the organization to more rapidly scale to deliver on revenue targets and support KPIs for growth</li> <li>Regular alignment with internal stakeholders to continue to drive significant impact across all markets and grow the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>You have extensive sales hunter experience, specializing in serving multinational enterprise customers</li> <li>Strong experience with sales forecasting and metrics, coaching and driving sales methodologies and processes (mastery of MEDDICC is a plus)</li> <li>Proven capability to lead and deliver significant growth, through revenue team expansion and/or improved efficiencies</li> <li>Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products</li> <li>Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow</li> <li>Relentless drive to achieve results, strong willed, motivating and cool under pressure</li> <li>Metrics driven & process oriented</li> <li>You are an inspirational and hands-on leader with 10+ years working in the US, with demonstrated experience in leading senior sales contributors</li> <li>You have the ability to pick up on complex IDV discussions in order to assist your team</li> <li>Team-oriented.
