This role drives how data is collected, transformed, governed, activated, and leveraged across the organization to power exceptional fintech experiences. They oversee multiple product teams and partner closely with engineering, analytics, design, and business stakeholders to build a scalable, trusted, and innovative data ecosystem.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This leader ensures that the company’s data foundation enables personalization, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term competitive advantage—ultimately supporting financial empowerment for consumers and measurable impact for the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Director, Product Management (Data) defines the strategic direction for all data products—including data infrastructure, governance, machine learning enablement, and data-driven consumer experiences. They build and lead high-performing product teams, ensuring that roadmaps are aligned to company priorities and executed with excellence.
