You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Business Technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality hiring experience globally.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3><span><b>What You’ll Own</b></span></h3><ul><li><p><span><b>TA Operations & Process</b>: Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes globally; drive efficiency, consistency, and strong candidate experience</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>TA Technology</b>: Own strategy and optimization of our tech stack (e.g., Workday, HiredScore, Joveo, LinkedIn); partner with Business Tech on integrations and enhancements</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>AI & Automation: </b>Define and drive the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting and automation across the TA lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and elevate both recruiter and candidate experience</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>TA Coordination Team</b>: Lead global delivery for scheduling, offers, and background checks; define service models and SLAs</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Vendors & Contracts</b>: Manage agencies, job boards, and technology partners; partner with Procurement and Finance on spend and performance</span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Global Compliance</b>: Ensure alignment with global regulations (e.g., GDPR) and consistent governance</span></p></li><li><p><b>Data & Insights</b><span>: Own end-to-end TA analytics—ensure Workday data integrity, build actionable dashboards, and translate funnel metrics into clear recommendations that improve hiring speed, quality, and conversion</span></p></li><li><p><b>Talent Acquisition Infrastructure & Insights</b>: <span>Support the design and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, KPI frameworks, performance management systems, and service delivery models to enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality hiring. Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for business leaders—synthesizing performance data, highlighting key trends, and identifying risks and opportunities to drive alignment on priorities, hiring forecasts, and process improvements. Develop concise, insight-driven executive presentations that translate complex data into clear narratives, enabling informed decision-making and influencing talent acquisition strategy and business outcomes. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3><span><b>What You Bring</b></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>10–15+ years in <b>global </b>Talent Acquisition, with strong experience in <b>TA Operations, TA Technology and Recruiting Enablement</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to build and scale global recruiting infrastructure and processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to identify, implement, and <b>scale AI and automation solutions </b>across the recruiting lifecycle to drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency, funnel conversion, candidate experience)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep experience with <b>Workday</b> <b>ATS and modern recruiting tools</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience leading <b>TA coordination or centralized TA operations teams</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong vendor, stakeholder, and project management skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience operating in a <b>global environment with complex compliance requirements</b></span></p></li><li><p><span><b>Google Workspace </b>experience preferred</span></p></li></ul><p><br> </p> The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 - $298,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan.
