**Responsibilities:**

As a Distributed Southwest Airlines Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to Southwest Airlines' customers via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more
  • Troubleshooting customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences
