We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Doggie Daycare Attendant and Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant pet care team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment. You will be responsible for managing daily pet care activities, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and providing exceptional front desk support to ensure smooth operations.   • *Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival, check-in pets, and provide friendly front desk assistance
  • Assist with dog handling, including feeding, walking, socializing, and supervising playtime to ensure safety and well-being
  • Perform animal restraint and handling with care during grooming or nail trims
  • Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and front desk area to uphold health standards
  • Support pet grooming sessions by assisting with bathing, brushing, or other grooming tasks as needed
  • Monitor pet behavior closely to identify signs of stress or discomfort and respond appropriately
  • Handle heavy lifting of supplies, pet crates, or equipment safely and efficiently
  • Provide pet sitting services when required, ensuring pets are cared for according to their individual needs
  • Maintain detailed records of pet activities, health status, and client interactions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
  • *Qualifications
  • Experience in dog handling, or animal care is essential
  • Knowledge of animal handling skills required
  • Background in pet grooming or pet sitting is a plus
  • Kennel experience or working in animal shelters is advantageous
