Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry and mid-level, high volume positions and managerial, technical, and/or professional positions.<br><br><b>Essential Functions</b></p><ul><li><p>Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager</p></li><li><p>Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.
