We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (dual-certified PMHNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant with CAQ-Psy certification to join our clinical team at an Outpatient behavioral health treatment facility

This is an on-site, in-person role providing direct patient care in a structured setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments upon admission
  • Perform physical exams and ongoing clinical evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
  • Review and interpret labs and diagnostic results
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment teams
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)- KIPU.
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

  • PMHNP/FNP dual certification required

OR

  • Physician Assistant with active CAQ-Psy certification
  • Active, unrestricted Tennessee license and DEA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient or residential behavioral health preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Must Maintain own personal liability insurance 1,000,000/3,000,000 minimum limits.
