Reporting to the Senior Director of E-Commerce, you’ll play a key role in helping scale and shape our online business across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day performance of our digital storefronts, driving revenue growth, improving conversion and retention, and helping create a seamless consumer experience from click to delivery. From promotions and product launches to merchandising, inventory coordination, and site optimization, you’ll help keep our e-commerce engine running smoothly as we continue to grow. </p><p></p><p>We’re looking for someone who loves both strategy and execution, as well as someone who enjoys digging into the data, solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to make things happen. You’ll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align priorities and continuously improve the online experience for our consumers. As a fast-growing CPG brand, we’re looking for someone who’s excited by growth-stage environments, comfortable navigating change, and energized by the opportunity to help build and mature a rapidly evolving e-commerce function. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Own and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy across DTC and marketplace channels to drive revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage the day-to-day performance, merchandising, and functionality of the company website and e-commerce platforms.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Support our Amazin growth, and own agency relationships and strategy  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor and optimize key e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase behavior, and retention.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Oversee product launches, promotional activity, pricing updates, and online merchandising across digital channels.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with Marketing to ensure digital campaigns, product pages, and collections are brand-aligned, conversion-focused, and optimized for performance.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain site health, user experience, and overall functionality to support a seamless consumer journey.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage relationships and performance across third-party marketplaces and e-commerce retail partners.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure accuracy and consistency of product listings, pricing, inventory, and brand presentation across online retail channels.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analyze consumer behavior and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align inventory, fulfillment, promotions, and overall customer experience.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support the execution and optimization of e-commerce initiatives across paid media, email, SMS, and promotional campaigns.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build and refine e-commerce processes, systems, and SOPs to support scalability and operational efficiency as the business grows. </p></li></ul><p>Who You Are: </p><ul><li><p>You’re energized by growth-stage environments and excited by the opportunity to help build, improve, and scale alongside a rapidly growing brand. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You enjoy balancing strategy and execution. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’re highly collaborative and love working cross-functionally. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’re analytical and curious by nature. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift, systems continue to evolve, and no two days look exactly the same. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You’re someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a collaborative, ambitious team. </p></li></ul><p>Qualifications: </p><ul><li><p>4–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail management, preferably within CPG, food & beverage, or other consumer brands.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, digital merchandising, consumer behavior, and conversion optimization.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with reporting tools, analytics systems, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace is preferred. </p></li></ul><p>Position Details: </p><p>While we’re ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder area, we’re also open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person.
