Reporting to the Senior Director of E-Commerce, you’ll play a key role in helping scale and shape our online business across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day performance of our digital storefronts, driving revenue growth, improving conversion and retention, and helping create a seamless consumer experience from click to delivery. From promotions and product launches to merchandising, inventory coordination, and site optimization, you’ll help keep our e-commerce engine running smoothly as we continue to grow. </p><p></p><p>We’re looking for someone who loves both strategy and execution, as well as someone who enjoys digging into the data, solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to make things happen. You’ll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align priorities and continuously improve the online experience for our consumers. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person. For remote candidates, occasional travel is required for team meetings or company events. </p><p>This role reports into the Senior Director of E-Commerce. </p><p>The compensation for this position is $100,000-110,000 plus equity.
