Receive direction as needed, and especially on difficult assignments and possible solutions.</span> <span style="color: black;">Work is completed using standard engineering techniques and <span>design principles and is reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound professional judgement.</span></span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>At the Operational and Company Level</strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span><span style="color: black;">Assist with the marketing of the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships.</span></span></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong> </strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>Do the Work </strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the design and development of electrical plan sets, including site layouts and equipment details.</li><li>Learn and enhance plan-set templates, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Draft equipment layouts, installation details, and single-line diagrams (AC, DC, Auxiliary Power, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with design engineers and collaborate with other engineering disciplines as needed.</li><li>Coordinate the design of electrical systems with licensed Engineers.</li><li>Identify issues on projects and collaborate with the client, co-workers, and others to execute effective solutions.</li><li>Interact with team members, clients, vendors, installation contractors, and others to create efficient and cohesive designs.</li><li>Generate Single Line Diagrams under the supervision of Sr. Design Engineers.</li><li>Complete electrical calculations under the supervision of Sr. Design Engineers.</li><li>Report the status of progress on each project to Managers on a weekly or daily basis as needed.
