We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace with competitive benefits, development opportunities and a culture that values and rewards employees on all levels of the organization.<br><br><strong>Job Summary:<br><br></strong>The Electrician will help support day-to-day operations of our Hutchinson facility by diagnosing, repairing, and maintain equipment such as electrical/electronic/mill equipment and other pneumatic equipment systems.<br><br>The Electrician reports to the Facility Manager and will collaborate with other Electricians and Maintenance staff Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm and provides on-call support as needed, including weekends.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>In this role, you will:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment such as electrical/electronic/mill equipment and pneumatic equipment systems, communication systems, and plant utility systems following documented procedures when needed.</li><li>Dismantle, move, fabricate, re-design (with proper authorization), assemble, and install: electrical/electronic mill equipment, controls, and components.</li><li>Inspect, fabricate, install, repair, modify, calibrate, adjust, test, perform preventative maintenance and service mill equipment, high voltage power distribution, electrical, electronics (including computers and microprocessor-based controllers), communications, recording/control, combustion equipment.</li><li>Process and Handle wire, cable, conduit, fittings and fasteners, insulation, electric control components, motors; soldering, welding and brazing materials and gas supplies; paint, solvents and cleaning materials, lubricants, ink; natural and refrigeration gases, mercury, chlorine; acids, abrasion materials, electrical/electronic computer equipment and parts.</li><li>Work with equipment and hand tools such as high voltage equipment, welding, soldering, brazing, burning and cutting equipment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>You possess:<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Willingness to take and pass the Journeyman Level test upon hire</li><li>Electrician Journeyman License.</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire Visa sponsorship is not available for this position</li><li>This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.</li><li>730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
