use results to continuously improve campaign performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Write high-converting lifecycle copy.</strong> Own the copywriting for email campaigns, subject lines, and lifecycle messaging — clear, compelling, and on-brand.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally.</strong> Work with Product, Data, Design, and Growth to align campaigns with product launches, feature releases, and growth initiatives.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>🧩 What We're Looking For</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience owning campaigns across the full customer lifecycle — not just newsletters or one-off sends.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience building automated flows and triggered campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep understanding of activation, retention, monetization, and reactivation campaign strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to segment users based on behavior, lifecycle stage, product usage, and purchase intent.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong copywriting skills for email, subject lines, and lifecycle messaging.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid grasp of campaign analytics: open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue impact, cohort performance, and retention impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understanding of how lifecycle campaigns impact overall product growth, not just email performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, data, design, and growth teams.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in AI, SaaS, creative tools, prosumer products, or subscription products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with in-app messaging, push notifications, or web push.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with creator, design, video, or productivity products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Looker, Metabase, or similar analytics tools.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic SQL or ability to work closely with data teams to pull campaign insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with monetization campaigns, pricing experiments, upgrade nudges, and win-back flows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience managing deliverability, email health, and domain reputation.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>💰 Compensation</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive base salary and bonus program.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Equity — meaningful ownership in what you build.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High autonomy, high growth environment.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>🌍 Work Setup</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bay Area required (hybrid allowed).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Visa sponsorship available.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">We'll consider remote.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>✉️ How to Apply</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Send your resume and a short note to <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current" href="mailto:careers@openart.ai"><u>careers@openart.ai</u></a>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Subject line: <strong>Application – Email Marketing Manager – Your Name</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optionally include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A lifecycle campaign or automated flow you built end-to-end and are proud of.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An example of how you connected email performance to a product or revenue outcome.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your earliest start date and current location.</p></li></ul>
