As an </span>Emergency Call Handling Project Manager<span>, you will lead the deployment of a suite of </span>Next Generation 911 (NG911)<span> solutions</span><b><span>. </span></b><span>Your role is vital in enhancing the ability of first responders to manage emergency situations through cutting-edge technology and seamless system integration.</span></p><h3></h3><p><b>Core Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><span>Following </span>PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)<b><span> </span></b><span>standards, you will manage the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Project Integration & Planning</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Master Project Plan:</b></b><span> Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan using automated project management tools, defining the project charter, scope, and integrated change control processes.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Operational Workflow:</b></b><span> Acquire and maintain a high-level understanding of internal organizational workflows to ensure project alignment with business objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Accountability:</b><span> </span></b><span>Own the successful implementation, cutover, and formal hand-off to the Support team for all emergency call handling projects.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Scope & Schedule Management</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Scheduling:</b></b><span> Initiate, generate, and maintain detailed project schedules (WBS). Lead regular scheduling status reviews to track actual progress against the baseline.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Execution:</b></b><span> Ensure all milestones and deliverables are met according to the project lifecycle, managing the transition from legacy systems to NG911.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Financial & Cost Management</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Budgeting:</b></b><span> Maintain project budgets encompassing both labor and capital expenditures.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Performance Metrics:</b></b><span> Monitor financial objectives including revenue recognition, margin health, and cash flow.</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Cost Analysis:</b><span> </span></b><span>Perform detailed analyses of project costs and lead status reviews with management to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Risk & Quality Management</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Risk Assessment:</b></b><span> Perform ongoing risk identification and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">qualitative/quantitative</span> analysis.
