This role is critical for fostering alignment with company goals, driving cultural initiatives, and ensuring employees are empowered with the right information at the right time.</p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for someone eager and able to work with key stakeholders across the company to translate communication strategy into clear plans, compelling messaging, and reliable execution in support of our corporate direction and ongoing business transformation.</p><p><i>Strategy & Planning </i></p><ul><li>Partner closely with the Head of Internal Communications and senior stakeholders to contribute to the development and evolution of internal communications strategy.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities into actionable communication plans, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Provide input and perspective on employee needs, channel effectiveness, and execution feasibility to inform strategic decision‑making.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership, executive communications, functional communications, and HR teams to support organizational change, culture‑building, and employee engagement initiatives.</li></ul><p><i>Content Development</i></p><ul><li>Create compelling, clear, and consistent messaging for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, videos, etc.).</li><li>Translate complex business updates into employee‑friendly narratives that drive understanding and action.</li></ul><p><i>Channel Management</i></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize communication channels for reach and engagement, leveraging digital platforms and AI‑enabled tools.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.</li></ul><p><i>Employee Engagement</i></p><ul><li>Drive initiatives that strengthen connection, recognition, and inclusion across the organization.</li><li>Partner with cross‑functional teams to amplify employee voices and strengthen feedback loops.</li></ul><p><i>Operational Excellence & Execution </i></p><ul><li>Act as the execution backbone for internal communications, ensuring plans translate into consistent, high‑quality delivery.</li><li>Own and evolve internal communications tools, processes, and governance to reduce fragmentation and improve scale.</li><li>Establish clear intake, prioritization, and execution rhythms that bring structure, clarity, and discipline to how communications get done across the company.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.</li><li>7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field within a B2B environment.</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages a plus.</li><li>Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of change management and organizational dynamics.</li><li>Proven experience managing communication tools, processes, and analytics.</li><li>Strategic contributor with a strong bias toward execution.</li><li>Builds strong, trust‑based relationships across functions to get work done through influence, not authority.</li><li>Acts as a practical problem‑solver and project “task master”—comfortable nudging, following up, and pushing work forward when needed.</li><li>Takes satisfaction in bringing order to complexity, and building durable systems that support effective communication.</li><li>Comfortable balancing creativity with operational rigor.</li><li>Thrives in fast‑paced, matrixed, and evolving environments.</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-FC</p><p></p><h1><b>About us</b></h1><p></p><p>We’re a global team of innovators.
