The work sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering craftsmanship — balancing speed, usability, performance, and polish.</p> <p>The team is small, highly collaborative, and deeply focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a Patient Experience pod.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the code while growing into people leadership. You may currently be a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead looking to take the next step into engineering management, or an experienced engineering manager!</p> <p>You’ll lead a small team building patient-facing experiences across React Native.
