<p><b><u>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li>Creates, tests, documents, deploys, and supports software applications for multiple products and platforms</li><li>Supports software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle</li><li>Performs coding, debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting and modification of product software</li><li>Participates in efforts to identify and implement best practices and data standards for the division.
