The ideal candidate should enjoy a mission-driven, fast-paced</span><br><span>environment where their work directly impacts the organisational growth. The candidate should have a variety of skills and knowledge about the basic workings of a business and feel confident using those skills daily. This position will report to the Regional Vice President EMEA</span></p><p>Location: Remote, but must be living in the UK or France</p><p>Territory Coverage: France (Must be fluent in French and English)</p><h2>Responsibility includes:</h2><ul><li><p>Generate new sales opportunities with clients in the France region</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain proposal and contract documents</p></li><li><p>Serve as a company representative at major industry events, conferences, and/or tradeshows</p></li><li><p>Maintain Salesforce.com forecasting accuracy and reporting</p></li><li><p>Attain designated sales goals</p></li><li><p>Be comfortable working in a matrixed sales environment, collaborating with internal and external business partners</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with VARs, Alliance Partners and Integrators to grow the business</p></li><li><p>Build and manage a pipeline focused on new logo acquisition and expansion</p></li></ul><h2>Sales Execution</h2><p>Consistently drives high-quality pipeline and executes each stage of the sales process to achieve or exceed quota expectations.</p><ul><li><p>Consistently meets or exceeds quarterly and annual quota</p></li><li><p>Maintains 4x+ pipeline coverage for current and future quarters</p></li><li><p>Executes late-stage deal velocity with urgency and precision</p></li><li><p>Applies MEDDPICC and uses Mutual Action Plans to maintain control of the sales cycle</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates strong command of forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene</p></li></ul><h2>Sales Knowledge</h2><p>Uses technical fluency and competitive awareness to uncover customer pain and build value-driven solutions aligned to business outcomes.</p><ul><li><p>“Audible ready” across multiple technical and business buyer personas (IT, Finance, CISO, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Accurately maps Spectro Cloud’s Palette platform to high-priority customer requirements</p></li><li><p>Effectively positions Palette against legacy solutions (VMware, OpenShift, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Leverages knowledge of the cloud-native ecosystem (EKS, GPU, AI readiness) in sales conversations</p></li><li><p>Differentiates Spectro Cloud with clarity around architecture, flexibility, and Day 2 operations</p></li></ul><h2>Management | Leadership | Influence</h2><p>Leads the deal internally and externally, orchestrating resources and aligning stakeholders around a clear path to close.</p><ul><li><p>Runs two-sided discovery that surfaces both technical and business pain</p></li><li><p>Builds influence and trust with customers by being authentic, credible, and outcome-oriented</p></li><li><p>Navigates large buying groups and builds champions at multiple levels</p></li><li><p>Engages SEs, CSMs, and leadership to support deal progression and executive alignment</p></li><li><p>Maintains internal momentum by driving accountability across cross-functional teams</p></li></ul><h2>Foundational Attributes</h2><p>High-output, coachable, and self-directed with a bias for action and a team-first mentality.</p><ul><li><p>Operates with urgency and ownership—doesn’t wait for permission to move</p></li><li><p>Accepts feedback and iterates quickly to improve performance</p></li><li><p>Brings others along: shares playbooks, insights, and feedback to raise team performance</p></li><li><p>Focused on results and impact—not just activity</p></li><li><p>Leverages GTM rhythm (4-2-2 cadence) to balance pipeline creation, execution, and strategic growth</p></li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2><p>While we don't expect candidates to check every box, we do look for the following when assessing applicants:</p><ul><li><p>10+ years of Enterprise sales experience in a software company, ideally with cloud-native, K8s, VM knowledge or technology space</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English and French</p></li><li><p>Ability to navigate a complex and competitive landscape and articulate value and TCO focused on customer outcomes</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of success in closing strategic deals</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with value-based selling approach and long-term relationship mindset</p></li><li><p>Geographically located in the UK or France – remote/home office</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to sell at an executive/C-suite level</p></li><li><p>Excellent pipeline management skills</p></li><li><p>Hunter mentality with the ability to land and expand within a territory</p></li><li><p>Fun, energetic, team-oriented…looking to help shape the future of the company and your career!</p></li></ul><h2>The Hiring Process</h2><p>At Spectro Cloud, we highly value your time and dedication throughout the hiring process.
