EPC Contract Manager

Your Job

DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is seeking an EPC Contract Manager to join the team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical negotiations for the EPC contract scope across multiple projects, from contract award through contract signing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners regarding all technical exhibits and related documentation.

You will also verify that all technical documents accurately reflect and conform to the contract’s terms and conditions.

This role is open to remote work. This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

What You Will Do

  • Align commercial contracting and technical documents with our risk philosophy and business strategy by understanding project risks and mitigation strategies
  • Act as the Principle Technical Lead on contracting SOW and other technical exhibits in conjunction within EPC agreement provisions to meet project contracting schedule
  • Conform SOW and other technical exhibits to align with the Ts&Cs of the EPC Agreements
  • Represent DEPCOM in contract negotiations and establish key relationships with customers
  • Identify technical non-standards and incorporate into risk an opportunity analysis
  • Travel up to 25% based on business needs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in contracting and executing utility scale solar and/or battery energy storage systems
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating technical contract exhibits
  • Previous construction industry and/or EPC experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Able to travel up to 25%
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Construction Management or related studies
  • Project Management or Project Engineer experience
For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
