Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be able to work onsite without travel or housing support Earn Extra Income This Fall Supporting ChristianaCare’s Epic Launch ChristianaCare is hiring Epic At‑The‑Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to assist administrative teams during our Epic electronic health record go-live. This short-term opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to earn additional income before the holidays while gaining valuable experience with one of the most widely used systems in healthcare. What You’ll Do Provide real-time, in-person support to front-desk, scheduling, registration, billing, and patient access teams. Guide staff through Epic steps for check‑in/out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and work queue navigation. Offer calm, supportive assistance during live interactions with patients and families. Capture user questions and issues and route them to the appropriate support teams. Reinforce training materials, tip sheets, and best practices. Participate in shift huddles and collaborate with super users and ATE leads. What You Bring Experience in administrative, customer service, business office, or patient access roles. Experience using Epic for administrative workflows. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
