SnapNrack offers a versatile product portfolio, including rail-based, railless, tilt, and ground mount systems optimized for efficient installs and hardware usage. </span></p><p><span>The ERP / Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of SnapNrack’s core enterprise systems, with primary support of the Acumatica ERP platform and related CRM capabilities.</span></p><p><span>This role ensures the ERP environment effectively supports business operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and sales, while maintaining system integrity, data accuracy, and security. The position serves as the primary system administrator and internal subject matter expert responsible for configuring workflows, managing user access, supporting integrations, and driving system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.</span></p><p><span>The ERP Administrator works closely with the Digital Platform Manager, Technology Programs team, and functional business leaders to translate business needs into system capabilities while ensuring stable and scalable system operations.</span></p><p></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p></p><p><span>ERP Administration & System Oversight</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Administer and maintain SnapNrack’s Acumatica ERP system, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Configure and manage system modules, workflows, and business logic to support finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage user accounts, access permissions, and role-based security to ensure proper system governance and data protection.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Implement, test, and deploy system enhancements, configuration changes, and upgrades.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain system configuration documentation and support change management processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data inquiries using Acumatica tools (Generic Inquiries, Report Designer, Dashboards).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analytics needs for operational and financial decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure data integrity across ERP transactions, master data, and system integrations.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Serve as the internal ERP subject matter expert supporting operations, finance, supply chain, engineering, and sales teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders or vendors as needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deliver end-user training and guidance to ensure effective use of system capabilities.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support integration efforts between ERP and other business systems (CRM, PLM, reporting platforms).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with IT leadership to implement scalable and secure system architecture.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to ERP system usage, configuration, and governance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure system configurations align with internal policies and compliance requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support audit readiness through documentation and access control management.</span><br> </p></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><p></p><p>Education</p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred.</span></p></li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li><p><span>3–7 years of experience administering ERP or enterprise business systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP strongly preferred;
